Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Christchurch-born physio Cam James is passionate about helping people stay active—whether that’s recovering from injury, preventing setbacks, or starting activity for the first time. A former national-level swimmer, Cam has worked with athletes across swimming, dance, and rugby, as well as the wider community.
He holds postgraduate training in shoulder rehabilitation, ACL/knee and Achilles injuries, dry needling, and the McKenzie Method, and has sideline physio experience with rugby teams. His main interests are shoulders, knees, Achilles injuries, and guiding clients back to the sports and activities they love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Cam mountain biking, running, at the gym, or spending time with family.
