Gym-Based Rehabilitation and Return-to-Sport Services

When you participate in gym-based rehabilitation or return-to-sport programmes, we may collect additional information related to physical performance, exercise tolerance, and functional capacity. This information is used solely to guide safe and effective rehabilitation and progression.

  

Workplace Physiotherapy and Employer Contracts

Where services are provided under workplace physiotherapy or employer contracts, we may share relevant information with employers, insurers, or case managers only:

  • With your consent, or
  • Where legally required

Information shared is limited to what is necessary (e.g. work capacity, functional restrictions, rehabilitation progress) and does not include unnecessary clinical detail.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 10 working days and respond within 20 working days.

If we cannot amend information (for example, clinical opinions), you may request a correction statement be added to your file.
